Every year the Shoalhaven Mini Trots attend the local shows in the area. Bowral show was first on the list at the famous Bong Bong Picnic race track. Eight races were held on the day with every member and their pony having a win.
Saturday night the club ventured to Kiama Show and entertained the crowd with some great racing. Our 2 back markers Secret Mission with young Jye on board and Incoming Storm with Ben both earned themselves a win with some impressive driving . Apatchie Wind and Stella Frost got a little excited but their drivers Matt and Jasmine quickly got them back to a trot with both of them earning a win each.
Sweet as Honey and Mia had a nail biting photo finish win . With some close racing throughout the night Sam, Shaye,Jamie and Erin with their ponies Firestorm,Maxxi Moo Moo , Arnie Hest and Be Good Borris also had a win each. There was some impressive driving done by the club at times they had the crowd on the edge of there sets. The club will head to Nowra show Friday 9th for some more great racing.
