Following a weekend of no action Newcastle Maitland Club will host two meetings this weekend. To kick off the action Newcastle Paceway will be the venue Friday when 13 nominated ponies will hit the track.
Jason Proctor Equine Acupuncture will sponsor the event which consists of many chances and racing should be keen.
Sunday action turns to a Gala day at Cessnock and an entertaining day is promised. Highlight of last few days has been the foot gig race as the club promises to be a real threat this year at NSW Championships at Tamworth.
